Michele Graham was recently appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer for Preferred Mutual Insurance Company.

Michele is responsible for establishing an enterprise agent and customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional experiences. In partnership with knowledgeable, caring, and friendly people and supporting processes and technology, she aims to simplify the ease of doing business with Preferred Mutual.  

She has held different positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of disciplines at Preferred Mutual including personal lines rating, agency interface, business analysis, project management, product development, shared services, and customer experience.

As a member of the Senior Executive Team, Graham oversees the customer experience from a comprehensive perspective to provide the confidence policyholders need to Live Assured.
