Jessica White Appointed Director, Auto Claims

Jessica White was recently appointed Director, Auto Claims for Preferred Mutual Insurance Company. In her new role, she joins the Strategic Leadership Team to strengthen relationships for Auto Claims within the Company bringing valuable insight back to the Claims team. White will hold Compliance responsibility within the Claims Department and will continue her responsibilities for the Auto and Subrogation teams to achieve the financial, customer service, and corporate goals.

Jessica started working at Preferred Mutual in 2008 as an Auto Claims Trainee and has held various positions within the department since then. For the past six years, White has focused on developing the Auto Physical Damage teams, Field Appraiser team, and Subrogation team as the Auto Operations Manager. Most recently, she was instrumental in the successful implementation of ClaimsPay which provides electronic claims payments to policyholders and claimants. 

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Crime Investigation from Utica College. She also holds accreditations from the Institutes for Associate in Claims (AIC) and the American Educational Institute as a Legal Principle Claim Specialist (LPCS).
