Dan Thall Appointed Director of Casualty Claims

In his new role, Dan will oversee the No-Fault team, bringing it under the casualty umbrella.

Dan’s journey with Preferred Mutual began 20 years ago when he joined as an intern. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in various roles, including Claim Handler, No-Fault Manager, Property Manager, and Property Operation Manager. Most recently, he served as the Director of Property Claims, where he played a crucial role in advancing the company's property claims operations.

Dan’s extensive experience and leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to the Casualty Claims team. His commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment will be instrumental in driving the success of our claims operations. We are confident that under his leadership, the Casualty Claims team will continue to deliver outstanding service and innovative solutions to our clients.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Roberts Wesleyan College and accreditations from The Institutes for Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Dan also holds the designation as a Senior Claims Law Associate – Silver (SCLA) from the American Educational Institute.
